Brief Overview:
The Denver Death are a team that likes to suprise people in the NHA. Their forward crop isn't the best in the league, and their defense is solid but unspectacular. But what they do have is good team chemistry, depth, and, most importantly, Martin Brodeur between the pipes.
The 2005-06 season was a disappointment for the Death as they failed to make the playoffs for the second time in franchise history. The season before that they went to the NHA Cup finals, losing to the Toronto Thunder in six games.
GM Peter Kaczorowski may have a little tinkering to do and maybe a player or two to pickup for playoff time, but the foundation is there for the Death to do some damage in the post-season.
